Login Guide

Serpent's brand-new official website is now live! Welcome to all new and existing users!
Click the "User icon” at the top right corner of the website header and follow the guided steps to complete account registration/login. After successfully login, you can access the full range of website information!

Member information of existing users has been fully synced to the new website. Simply use your original account email and reset your password as guided to log in.

A gentle reminder: If you do not receive the confirmation email for a long time, please check your email's "Junk/Spam" folder to avoid the email being mistakenly blocked.

Below are the detailed operation guidelines FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS:

1.Click the "User icon" at the top right corner of the homepage;

2.On the "Sign in" page, click the "Forget your password" button;

3.Navigate to the "Reset Your Password" page, enter the email associated with your account, and click the "Send Email" button;

4.After completing the previous step,  please check your personal email;

5.Locate the email sent with the subject "Serpent.com Password Recovery", and click the link in the email;

6.You will be redirected to the "Reset Your Password" page. Please enter your new password, confirm it again, and click the "Submit" button;

7.Click the "Sign in My Account" button on the current page;

8.On the "Sign in" page, enter your account email and the newly set password, then click the "Sign In" button;

9.You will be automatically redirected to the "My Account" page upon successful login. Here you can view your account information, or click the "Home" button at the top left corner to return to the website homepage.
